Medical mal-practice lawyer Anurag Dutta says the ticket price of a ticket to the upcoming blockbuster film ‘Auntie’ will increase by Rs 500.
The actress, who was on a trip to Dubai, said that her family and friends will not be able to afford the ticket and that the ticket could get snatched up by the local mafia.
The tickets will go up by Rs 25 from Rs 500 on December 10.
The film is being released in India on December 15 and Dutca, who plays Anjali, has been a regular customer.
Her lawyer, Vijay Srivastava, told NDTV: “The ticket will go from Rs 50 to Rs 1,500.
She can’t afford it.
We will be selling tickets for that price.”
Dutca said that the family will have to bear the extra costs for the film, adding that they would have to go to the cinema and pay for the tickets.
“My son and his family will be forced to spend Rs 50 for tickets and the whole family will pay Rs 500,” she said.
The actor has previously shared that she would not be travelling to Dubai for the movie.
Dutcha said that she will not even fly to the city to see the film.
Dutta has also hinted that her brother will not attend the film in the near future as she will be working on a documentary.
